the swine flu officially sucks!
i just got an email today saying dat my elective posting in sg has been suspended due to the swine flu epidemic..which means im stuck with no elective plans for the next 3 wks..some ppl mite think woohoo it's a holiday but i was actually kinda looking fwd to doing radiology in sg! i actually wanted to learn something! ergh! im soo disappointed and now im scrambling trying to make plans for the next 3 wks. i emailed my elective coordinator back in nz and she suggested going back to nz early to do an elective there..which would suck too! altho it may be a good thing cos it would mean i would be able to possibly get another reference for my job applications..but it sucks cos i wont get to stay in sg for as long..ergh..now i have a headache..i have no idea wat to do..
i kinda don't really wanna do an elective in sg cos i kno most specialities are gonna have students already..wat shall i do?!?! next best thing is to procrastinate on facebook as well as pray abt it..sigh..
