im bored. like really bored. technically im kinda stressed abt gen med. abt my complete lack of knowledge. abt my incompetencies in doing examinations. esp neuro. neuro exam is haunting me since im on stroke team. sigh.
anyways im on acutes tmr. it's week 2 of gen med. 6 weeks and 4 days of gen med left to go. 2 weeks and 4 days left till im on holiday. fast. 3 more days till i find out my short term future. scary stuff.
im getting moments of self doubt in this run. not good. not when im gonna be starting work in just a few months. shit. doubting myself whether im actually cut out to be a doc. when i was young, i thot i could handle it. thot i could handle the long hours. handle the workload. and now im in it, yea im handling. but by a thin thread. could i last till at least 50 years old? hmm..maybe not..dats y i think most docs end up being GPs. just cos of the better lifestyle. but then do i wanna settle to be a GP? i dunno.
anyways, grad in a couple of months time. pretty much all sorted. accommodation check. restaurant check. but didnt get my first choice and i just found out dat my first choice has closed down. sad. photos check. flowers? deal with it later. not my task to deal with anyways. dress check. shoes check. yea pretty much all sorted.
now just need to pass everything. sigh. easier said than done. life is so sad at the mo. all work and no play makes mooyin not a happy chappy.

Sounds like u got most of ur grad stuff sorted... try not to think too much into the future and let it be a surprise when it comes...Hope mooyin can be a happy chappy rather than a sad chappy...what will make mooyin happy?

and wat would make me happy? erm..flowers? diamonds??? haha..jk. as if flowers and diamonds are the secret to happiness..

I thought that diamonds are special for a girl because they are expensive and precious and if u give that to a girl as a present it means u find her to be someone special...

i remember when i was in tiffany's in new york, how i wished someone would buy me a diamond ring..haha..
